Make sure the highchair has a wide base, good fit, adjustable secure straps. Consider a post between the child's legs. ||During the day, don't try to catch up on chores while the baby sleeps. Lie down and rest ||As a new mommy, sleep when your baby sleeps. Silence your phone and ignore the dishes in the sink ||Sleep sacks and sufficient layers of clothing are safe alternatives to blankets for children less than six months of age ||There are some games, that you can play with your child to increase his ability to concentrate. Temperature inside your home should not exceed 23 degrees ||Always check the water temperature with your hand before bathing your baby. Be sure the room is comfortably warm, too ||Don’t forget to put labels with date and time on your expressed milk bottles to check expiry dates ||Don't let your baby nap in the car seat after you're home as a substitute for crib since it's harder for young babies to breathe in that position ||Ask your baby's doctor about vitamin D supplements for the baby, especially if you're breast-feeding ||

We are delighted to announce that My Child Guide © has expanded to open a new clinic in Beverly Hills, 6th of October. The new premises will be a separate branch exclusively for children and pediatric related specialties. Located on Mall 1, villas area beside Dawar El Omda, it will be our pleasure to serve you with the same quality and service you have come to expect of us.

 

Prof Dr. Wael Lotfy will be meeting his patients Saturday and Tuesday from 1.00 – 4.00 pm as well as Sunday and Wednesday from 9.30 – 11.30 pm upon preset appointments only.

 

Daily follow up of patients with our pediatrics specialists Dr. Mahmoud Yosry and Dr. Mohamed El Zoghby on site (upon preset appointments) and through MyChildGuide hotline 2356, using the child’s personal digital file on www.mychildguide.com
