Design a kid corner and fill it with things safe for your toddler like Tupperware, toys, empty boxes, etc. ||Your toddler may be clumsy simply due to her trials to master so many new physical skills at the same time. The more active she is, the more likely she will drop things, run into things, or fall down. ||Don't let your baby nap in the car seat after you're home as a substitute for crib since it's harder for young babies to breathe in that position ||The more you help your toddler put his feelings into words (“I’m mad. I want the truck.” “I’m sad. I can’t find my bear.”), the less they will show aggressive behaviour. ||Make sure your baby wears a hat if she will be in a cold environment ||The AAP recommends sponge baths until the umbilical cord stump falls off — which might take up to three weeks ||The most important thing on growth curves is how your baby grows over time. If he's small but growing at the appropriate rate, there's usually no cause for concern. ||Don’t forget to put labels with date and time on your expressed milk bottles to check expiry dates ||During growth spurts - around 6 weeks after birth — your newborn might want to be fed more often ||Never pick up your infant by the hands or wrists as this can put stress on the elbows. Lifting under the armpits is the safest way ||
How to use nasal suction bulb

1. Tip your baby's head back and squeeze ten to 20 drops of saline solution into each nostril to thin and loosen the mucus. Try to keep her head still afterward for about ten seconds.

2. Squeeze the bulb of the syringe, then gently insert the rubber tip into her nostril.

3. Slowly release the bulb to collect mucus and saline solution.

4. Remove the syringe and squeeze the bulb to expel the mucus into a tissue.

5. Wipe the syringe and repeat with the other nostril.

6. Repeat procedure if necessary.

Don't suction your baby's nose more than a few times a day or you might irritate the lining of her nose. If your baby is really upset by the syringe, use the saline drops and then gently swipe the lower part of her nostrils with a cotton swab. It doesn't have the suction of the syringe, but it's better than nothing!
